The phdream 8 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phdream 8 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If phdream 8 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds held in an account belonging to an underage individual will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable Philippine law.

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by phdream 8:

With your consent, phdream 8 may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, special offers, and other phdream 8 features via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your phdream 8 account settings.
• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any marketing email we send you.
• Contacting our customer support team and requesting removal from our marketing list.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, phdream 8 will continue to send you transactional and service-related communications that are necessary for the operation of your account, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
